Deposit Policy

The artist reserves the right to request a deposit for any drawing requiring the time and talent of the artist or to set an appointment. The amount of the deposit is at the discretion of the artist, factoring the amount of time it will take as well as the difficulty of the drawing.

Deposits are forfeited when:

• Customer does not show up for appointment
• Customer shows up more than 15 minutes late for appointment
• Customer does not give appropriate notice of cancellation or reschedule
• Customer does not schedule a new appointment within 2 months of original cancellation

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
