A clean, safe and friendly tattoo shop located in Raleigh, North Carolina. Phoenix Tattoo is comprised of Lacie Frain and Brian Harris. We has been established in Raleigh since 2005 and we are happy to be a part of this community. We strive to do beautiful work and to treat our customers with kindness and respect.

OUR ARTISTS

As of 2020 we work by appointment only. If you would like to be tattooed on a specific day by a specific artist or if you would like to get a large piece, please plan ahead. Deposits are required for all appointments. You must email your artist directly to set up an appointment.
