As of January 1, 2018 Lacie will be changing her minimum charge to 1 hour ($140). (Phoenix Tattoo Studio will still have a $60 shop minimum and a $140 hourly rate). Lacie would like to focus on portraits, black and grey realism, and will no longer be doing rib pieces. Please feel free to contact her with any questions or projects at [email protected].
