Phoenix Tattoo wants to thank our friends at Cameron Village Capital Bank in Raleigh for the space to display our work and advertise for our upcoming Wags for Tags fundraiser! As of January 1, 2018 Lacie will be changing her minimum charge to 1 hour ($140). (Phoenix Tattoo Studio will still have a $60 shop minimum and a $140 hourly rate).
